About

The Hudson Lofts are located in The Hudson Building which resides at 239-245 W. Fayette Street in downtown Syracuse. In 1875, the famous architect Charles Erastus Colton built the building for Seubert & Warner – a premier cigar manufacturer who occupied it for many years.

Later on, the Garret Paper Company operated out of the building and the first edition of the Syracuse Herald Newspaper was printed inside. The building carries its new name after the developer's son, Hudson.

The building resides in the Armory Square historic district which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It is home to Mulrooney's Pub, Solu Technology, and 20 luxury apartments on the second and third floor. The Hudson Lofts have exposed brick walls, wood beams, and trusses complimented by high end finishes. They have direct access to historic Armory Square which has the highest concentration and the most eclectic mix of restaurants and bars in the Syracuse area.
